London GFA Apr 18th 2026 - Round 01

The London Gymnastics GfA competition is a progressive floor and vault event designed for gymnasts of all abilities affiliated to BG London clubs.

Participants perform routines on floor and take part in vaulting, with each level offering achievable goals that emphasise strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination alongside technical execution.

The competition operates on a medal-based ranking system across all levels, with placements determining Gold, Silver, and Bronze awards. Placings are given for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd positions, with ribbons awarded for 4th to 6th place. Both team and individual results are recognised, ensuring an encouraging and rewarding experience for all competitors.

This event forms part of a structured pathway that helps coaches, clubs, and gymnasts monitor progress, build skills, and move through the levels within the region’s framework under the governance of British Gymnastics and London Gymnastics.
